Why are all sessions virtual? Will there be in-person sessions in the future?

All sessions will remain virtual indefinitely. Timea travels frequently and this allows her to hold space for clients regardless of her or their location. Sign up for the newsletter or follow her on instagram @the.urban.healer to stay up to date on future in-person sessions or events pop up.

Why are there only multi-session healing bundles?

Soul level, transformational healing doesn't happen through one session, nor can lasting changes be maintained without consistency. Timea wants to support you on your journey from beginning to end adn to do so ethically. This requires commitment and an energetic investment to align with your healing, intentions and expansion. The most powerful shifts and transformations take place when the client is fully committed to do the inner work but also leaves time for integration and embodiement. If you want to have and maintain abs, you will need go to the gym more than once. Healing works the same way, but without the crunches or planks.

Since you are a registered nurse, can your services be submitted to health insurance?

Yes, Timea is a registered nurse but since she is not providing "nursing care" like changing a dressing, giving medications or anything within that scope, you cannot submit her services to your health insurance under "nursing care". Some companies offer a Health Spending Account (HSA) which allows services such as Reiki, mindfullness or overall wellness to be submitted. My work offers "career development" incentives, does coaching or the other services qualify for it?

This is very individualized to your workplace and what terms they need met. Timea is a certified Life and Success coach (specialzing in clinical hypnotherapy, emotional freedom technique, T.I.M.E technique, neruolinguistic programming). She is also a Reiki Master, Akashic Records practitioner and a yoga instructor (300-hr with additional training in yin and restorative yoga). Is coaching like psychotherapy?

Big hard NO! (In a super, kind way of course!) Life coaching and psychotherapy are different in how they are shared, the modalities that are used, what their purpose and outcomes are. Are you available for private or corporate events?

Do you work with male clients?

Timea does work with male clients (whether they are a spiritual yogi or in corporate finance). Her techniques and modalities are energy, subconscious and somatic based. As long as the client is open to "this" type of coaching, Timea is more than happy to work with them. It is best to book a consult call to ensure your needs and expectations are aligned with how Timea delivers her coaching.

What is your cancelation policy? What happens with missed appointments?

We know life happens and sometimes throws a curveball! You may rebook your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time and date. Depending on the service, fees may result. Please check your contract upon booking.

What is your privacy policy?

No personal information will be discussed or shared in any manner without your consent, unless there are serious concerns for risk of harm towards yourself or another individual. In such a situation the appropriate authorities will be notified as per ethical and legal standards.
