Time heals. Join me for a unique 60 minute TIME Technique and reiki healing experience where we will adventure through our own 'timeline' to learn to rewrite and release limiting past beliefs, while cultivating and aligning to positive intentions for our future.

The TIME Technique (Time Integration for Maximum Empowerment Technique) is a collection of techniques for eliminating negative emotions, disempowering beliefs and limiting decisions from the past. All while creating and setting achievable, desirable goals to create a compelling future.

These techniques explore how our minds perceives time, both semantically and neurologically. It can turn past negative events into powerful, positive resources and plant intentions into your future by aligning to them energetically, visually and neurologically.
