Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality where life force energy/chi is channeled through the hands. This allows stagnant energy to be moved and released, facilitates deep relaxation and increasing vitality. Energy is always within and around us. This simply allows the body’s innate healing processes to be enhanced.
With your Reiki Level 1, you have the opportunity for you to discover your own healing abilities, learn to strengthen and protect your energy while deepening your self-care practices.
In this virtual certification hosted on Zoom, you will explore everything you need to know to start your Reiki journey, create your own personalized spiritual rituals and dive into strengthening the connection to your soul. Level 1 is all about connecting to your needs; mind, body and soul. When you complete this program you are an Usui Reiki Level 1 practitioner and can practice Reiki on yourself or others as an energy exchange.
(Please note, you must be a Reiki Level 2 graduate in order to officially begin a Reiki business where you can charge for your energy healing abilities or be able to practice Reiki virtually.)
